I have a bunch of recordings I want to archive. After this initial batch is done I want to start archiving shows that are 1 day old, so basically all of my shows get copied to another drive. How do I schedule this to happen? I have the age parameter set for autoarchiving. How do I trigger the archive for all of my recordings that are currently at least 1 day old?

if you have set the thing to move them after they are a day old then the others should just happen over night untill the other hard drive is full

Ok, I know I set this up kind of late last night (around 12am), but my recordings did not move last night. I was also curious as to whether the subtitle files (I'm using mpg2srt to rip out the subtitles into srt files) would be moved as well as the video files.

If you call the archive utility from your postepgupdate.bat file then it will run once a day automatically and move things until there is no more space on any of the target drives.
