Aspect Ratio Question

I'm using a standard TV with 4:3 aspect ratio. Is there any way expand wide-screen videos to fill the screen (or fill more of the screen)? We watched a recorded video tonight that that filled only about a third of the screen. The video was stretched out of proportion. Are there any settings in GBPVR for that?

add custom resolutions in the config file
depends exactly how it looks on your screen
this is often asked about and there is no one size fits all some people likeit one way other like it another then the broadcasters keeps changing what they send out aswell

you do know about f7 im taking it press that while playing a movie you will get different aspects
