Heya!

I know there are more then 1 threads allready on the board both all of them are pretty much outdated and the coding ppl seem to have lost hope/interest in the project.

So here goes!

I went a little overboard with me money buying myself a fancy logitech dinovo edge for $200 or something (150 euro). When i was admiring my fancy keyboard sitting on the cabinet doing nothing it came to me Big Grin

I want messenger on me htpc Big Grin So much more relax to play me music and messenger away a bit on my big screen telly (panasonic viera 50")

So, anybody knows about unabandoned projects?

If not, official plugin request ^^

Have you got any links for the other threads regarding MSN messenger plugins? The forum search seems to be broken for me Sad

I wonder how much interest there would be now. How many people have a keyboard attached to their HTPC? Mine is only around for when things go wrong.

From memory, there were certainly posts like "cant wait!" when he was building it, but the interested never eventuated after it was released.

Hmm. It's strange but I've been surprised by how low the download counts have been for my PVRX2 plugins. Maybe there are other reasons, but what has the take up of GB-PVR v1.x been?

I'd say the vast majority of users are using 1.x. We still see the occasional post for people using older releases, but not often.

According to the web stats we're averaging about 70K downloads of v1.1.5 for each of November and December. I'm sure not that many people are using it, but still...

70 thousand is still a lot of downloads! I don't envy your web hosting costs Wink

Maybe a lot of the newer users are those that stick with the standard and don't like to, or are not interested, in playing with the plugins/skins etc. As I said, it's strange.

I'm fairly sure that is the case. I think most people just stick with the builtin stuff.
