Hello all,

Our recording service (using GB-PVR v1.0.16) started failing today as we were unable to add new recording entries into the system. There were also some problems with existent (recurring) recordings entries. I've attached a zipped section/copy of the log file 'MVP-PVRX2.exe-1.log' where there appears to be a problem updating the database as indicated by 'The database file is locked' text. Is there a way unlock? Is this the problem or is this a symptom of something else?

All help is appreciated...

Rebooting should fix it.

There was a problem that was fixed in 1.1.5 that could cause this error.

Sorry for the late response - I tried a reboot but was able to recreate the problem. I was able to narrow the problem down a bit as it appears to occur when a recurring recording entry is added, then removed, with a subsequent attempt to re-add. So it's a very specific sequence of actions which seems to cause this. I'll go ahead and update the system to the latest version (1.1.5) and see if this eliminates the issue.

Thanks...

If the problem persists, set <LogSQL> to true in config.xml then reproduce the problem and repost the log.
