... to watch. I've been away for quite a while and haven't been following EWA, but I suspect it is the most likely plugin/utility to have what I'd like.

I'd like to select movies to watch, based on IMDB reviews. If I could run a predefined search that would find only movies and then sort them by their IMDB ratings I would be beside myself. Whew... it would be such a HUGE time saver.

Is IMDB still really hard to auto search for an exact match? (For instance, hit on title and one of the names of an actor in the movie to narrow it down.)

Right now, I bring up all movies, then manually look them up in IMDB to see if they are of interest. It takes forever.... and so I don't do it as often as I'd like.

Good idea.Smile ...let me look into this....the only way this will work is if there is a web service interface into IMDB......I believe there is but I think only via a pay service which would kill the idea. Sad

A pay service wouldn't necessarily kill it for me. It would all be a matter of the cost. If it was $4-5 a month, it would be worth it. Combine that with the under $2 a month for SchedulesDirect and you would have a way to evaluate TV movies without equal and it would save TONS of time.

Thanks for considering it!
