Internet Live Stream

I am wondering if anything is planned that would allow us to be able to access a live internet stream (nsv, pls, etc.) to be able to view it via GBPVR via my MVP to my TV set?

mvpmc does allow you to access live http streams for a few mime types directly in native mode.
