Adding Second HVR1600

I've been using my HVR1600 since the summer and I am very happy with the results. Now it's time to add a second one, which I picked up over the weekend.

Is there any backing up I should do before I install the new board?

I'm using HVR1600 in a P3 Dual 1 GHZ CPU w/1 GHZ memry. Will the second HVR1600 cause any problems with the old P3? Will it 'bog' down the whole system?

I've recently built 2 machines with 2 HVR1600 cards in each. I found that the 2nd board found the drivers just fine. While I do not use the multiple cards for ingesting HD video, I've found the get along very well together. I'm using P4, 3GHz machines and the CPU usage is pretty low.
