wrong programinformation

Hi,
I've got a little problem with the overlaying programinformation in the LiveTV. It shows allways the last information and not the information of the actual program.

I've noticed that sporadically. Last night while I was watching Live TV, when I pressed the blue button it said I was watching Will and Grace but I was not. Later (after watching some scheduled recordings) I went back to watching live TV and it still said I was watching Will and Grace. TV Guide all looks fine...just the OSD

if you press the green button, then the blue button again, it usually fixes it. but still its a bug.
also it if you browse thru the mini guide, and then exit it, and go back into it, it starts at the channel you exited on, not on the current channel. (i cant remember if it has always done this, just seems a little wierd)
