m3u or pls playlist and nsv stream

Does PVRX2 not support m3u or pls playlists containing stream urls of container types such as nsv?

I can play these things in other players with my directshow filters, but the playlists don't show up in PVRX2...

The music library screen can play simple .m3u files contain filenames of supported audio files (.mp3 etc), but thats pretty much it.

Internet streams are a pretty fundamental feature for a media player these days. I took this feature for granted, assuming GBPVR supported it.

If it is a feature that is far down the list to implement, maybe an easier solution is a generic one: allowing a generic file extension to be opened by a generic external program and then shutting down that program when the "back" gbpvr function is called.
