Ubustream2 error with VLC

I'm trying to use uSIRIUS and ubuStream2 to listen to SIRIUS with GBPVR. I am trying to use VLC, but everytime I try to "Preview Play" the stream, PVRX2 crashes on me.

I have a screenshot of the error window, a text file of the error details from that error window, and the PVRX2.log file.

The stream plays fine in VLC when I manually open it, so I'm not sure what the problem is. And I believe WMP works too, I'd rather just use VLC though.

I'm also having problems creating a group within a group in the config application. I can do it, but once I try adding a station (SIRIUS Hits 1) to the Music group (ex. Ubustream -> Groups -> Sirius -> Music) I get another error in the config app. This error says
