GB-PVR channels snow when Win2000 shows clear

Hi All,

I spent a bunch of time today updating to the latest GB-PVR v1.2.9 and adding the pieces to get an EPG working again. When testing everything, I played some shows I had recorded last week and noticed I had recorded a snowy picture. So I went to Live TV and turns out most channels display clear, but Fox displays with lots of snow. I quit GB-PVR and ran the Win2000 program that came with my Hauppauge 150 card and it displays all channels very clear. Running GB-PVR (PVRX2.exe) shows some channels snowy and the rest not quite as clear as Win2000. I have my desktop resolution set to 1024x768 if that matters.

Help! I don't know where to go from here. I have attached all the log files if they are any help.
