Default Volume

Using 1.2.9 ... capturing STB via PVR150 and the volume is significantly louder than any of the digital channels via HVR4000. Have used Hauppauge Tweaker to dial this back, but still have significant difference.

Is there a setting in config.xml to set the default volume when viewing Live TV?
