ZProcess 2: problems, not creating mpg.

I am having problems with zprocess. I pick an avi (I've tried several), start transcoding, but it never creates the mpg. I know something is happening, because the audio will be playing in the background in my computer (and to stop it, I have to manually kill the mplayer process) I've played around with it some, but any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

I use MPlayer only to get the aspect ratio of the avi file. It should be only a millisecond running. If you're having to kill it, that's your problem, mplayer is hanging...

What version of MEncoder and Mplayer are you using?

I am not at home now but I am pretty sure it is MPlayer 1.0rc2 Windows, the one that is currently up at http://www.mplayerhq.hu/design7/dload.html. Is there an older version that works better?

I know of a couple of guys having better success with a sligthly older version. It has not been my experience, and I have no idea what the difference is. rc2 always seemed to be fine. I do use all default paths though, and that means installing mplayer AND Mencoder into C:\Program Files\mplayer

I checked and I can't find the link to the location that had several different builds to try
