Tuner API?

I was wondering - is there an API for making digital tuners - virtual or otherwise, available to gbpvr? or would I have to create a BDA driver.

Got some stuff I'd like to experiment with - network streaming tuners etc.

Yes, there is a plugin API for this. A couple of plugins that use this can be found, with source code, on the wiki:
