When I load the EWA at times, it only loads partially... It does not seem to matter if I load it over the internet or my home network. Also it does not seem to matter if I load it from XP or Vista.

I have attached a picture of the "partial load" so you can see what I mean, as well as what happens when you try and click on something. I am at a loss, I have even added it to the "trusted sites" in IE. Does the same thing if I try and load it in FireFox as well.

Any suggestions? If need be, I can try and grab the logs off the pvr and post them.

Thank you!!! Smile

EDIT: Images Fixed!

The first one I have seen happening long ago as well. Usually a F5 (reload) did the trick. I have the impression that it is a time out.

The second one can simply not work as the requested URL is impossible /gbpvr/guide.aspx/manage.aspx. There can only be one aspx page requested at the same time.

As konenie indicated....the second shot is a bad URL....

The first one I can see that the CSS file is not being pulled into EWA to render the styling of the page.

What are your system specs (cpu, memory)?

My signature is accurate:

MSI K8NGM2-FID, AMD Athlon 64 3200+, 2 x 512MB Crucial PC2700 DDR
2 x PVR150MCE, 400 Gig Seagate, Lite-on DVD-RW, Antec NSK2400 Case, MCE Remote

I am running the latest version... 1.2.9

In early Feb I re-did the pvr, and the EWA was working fine. It has been in the last couple weeks it started acting up. I have tried restarting that doesn't seem to help.

What would make the CSS not load? I just logged into the pvr box (it sits in the entertainment center, and it not a "regular" use pc) and ewa loads fine, from the laptop... you see it in the first image. Smile

As for the wrong address, I am guessing this might be related to the CSS? I have no modified any of the EWA (or PVRX2 for that matter) at all.

Any help is appreciated! My wife and I do all our scheduling and streaming to VLC from the EWA and this issue is killing the WAF!!! LoL Big Grin

Just from the two posts from you guys, I have figured out the two are in fact related.

On the pvr box, if I load the EWA it is fine, and hovering over the links the check them shows they are correct:

http://xyz/guide.aspx

On a different box, where the CSS does not load, I hover over the links and they show up as:

http://xyz/gbpvr.aspx/manage.aspx

So its certainly a CSS issue... now hopefully with some guidance from you guys I can get to the bottom of it, help please! LoL :p

Thanks again for your help!

Ok...based on the above it looks like your URL's are just wrong.....the correct path to get to EWA is as below...

http://xyz/gbpvr/something.aspx

It appears from your links you are missing the one context /gbpvr/ that comes after your server and before the .aspx file.

Doh! My bad... there is in fact a /gbpvr/ in there... I just didn't type it right.

These are the way the should have looked:

http://xyz/gbpvr/guide.aspx

http://xyz/gbpvr/gbpvr.aspx/manage.aspx

I still wonder about the CSS, not sure what could cause that not to load? I am using the community skin but I can't imagine that would affect anything?

EDIT: Thanks UJB, I appreciate your help! Smile

Yea...community skin should not have any impact on EWA.

On the config tab in EWA what Theme do you have selected?

do you have a:

gbpvr\web\themes\default
