Enabling NMT Client streaming extensions

Hi, I own a PCH-A100 and am wondering about misc2 settings in config where you can "ENABLING NMT CLIENT STREAMING EXTENSIONS" and there is a user called "admin" with a "password"

What does that mean and how does it works.

The user name is used if use the built in web admin functionality, accessed in your browser by visiting http://localhost:7647/gbpvr/index.aspx.

Ok, thanks. Can anyone also explain "Enabling NMT Client Streaming Extensions" and what to be done for get it to work with PCH. Reading alot of forum but I can't figure it out.

Is there a guide somewhere and what do you need for hardware to get it to work ?

As long as you have ticked this setting on the Config app's Misc2 tab, then it should be enabled.

When this setting is enabled, the application is apply to stream media file to the mvpmcx2 client running on the PCH. mvpmcx2 provides the GBPVR user interface on the PCH device. Instructions for setting up mvpmcx2 can be found here http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=33790
