Functioning of the "Keep" field. (idle query)

For season recordings with a KEEP field set (e.g. just keep the last 10 episodes) does this apply to the show name alone or or name + channel.

I seem to have more recordings than expected but the same show name is broadcast on different channels (I have a recurring set for both channels, each with a "keep 10" set). The name is identical on both channels.

The shows are far apart, so it takes quite a time to sit and watch for them coming to work out what is happening.

It applies to that season recording only. If you have another season recordings for the same show name on another channel, then it'll have its only maximum number of recordings. (ie if both were set to 10, then you'd get a maximum of 20 recordings)

OK, thanks for that - it will keep the last nn of each channel.
