client error checking

client machine should drop back to main menu if there is a network or server problem while viewing tv, rather than hanging pvrx2.

It doesn't hang for me, but produces a .NET crash error.
Agreed, a more informative or graceful exit would be preferable.

Sorry, I realise we are talking slightly different circumstances. Yours whilst running and mine whilst starting up on a client.
Anyway, both would be nicer with info.
