Hello...

I am having some trouble with a couple specific channels - 9 and 19 are not showing up in the guide. all channels are checked in the channel list and it is being selected as part of my SchedulesDirect lineup. Is there a way to save the SD xml that comes back to see if they are sending me the channels? Or is there a way to look into the DB3 file to see what is loaded? what is the best way to troubleshoot this?

Thanks,
Jigster

If you have <SaveZap2itXML>true</SaveZap2itXML> in your config.xml, then it'll create c:\zap2it.com containing the data sent from SD.

I verified that SD is sending the channel and show information. In the web view, I dont see channels 9 or 19. They both appear in the config under the channels tab, and they both show up in pvrx2 under the guide, but say (no show detials) in the time slots. The time slots appear to correspond with the shows that are supposed to be there.

Should I try starting from the blank DB, and reimport my recordings? I will lose my scheduled ones right?

My guess is that they've changed the name of these channels at some point, so the original channels are still in their slots, forcing the new channel names to the end of the list.

You can try manually deleting these channels in the capture source channel list (both old and new versions of them), then update the EPG again.

Yes, you are correct... I got one of the channels back. I'll have to keep fiddling with it... Thanks Sub...
