changing pvrx2 name

too much of a bastard to do? figured now gbpvr.exe is gone, changing it either to gbpvr.exe or perhaps gbpvr2.exe might stop some confusion for newbies?

To be honest, I probably wont change it. It'd be confusing for people searching old posts on the forums - particularly if it was renamed gbpvr.exe.
