Win Tv Nova T 500 unable to get live view

Hi this is my first post so be kind, I have installed a Nova T 500 twin tuner free view card on my XP 32 bit system and can't get the live view or system to work. I have looked on here but unable to find anything that helps. I have still got the Win tv program installed and that works OK. Any help and I would be most grateful after hours of looking.

Can you run filtercheck.exe from the gbpvr directory, then zip and attach the filtercheck.log

You "Hauppauge Nova-DT #2 DVB-T" capture source needs to also be set to device #1. You only increase the device number if there is multiple tuners using the same filter name. This is one of very few dual tuner devices that use a different filter name for each tuner.

Thanks this worked you are spot on such a small thing. I still can't get to the settings form the main screen, and if I click on the new menu it freezes the gbpvr is that right?

This is a known bug in the current release. If you create a "skin" subdirectory in the gbpvr directory then it'll work.

Between system and exit on the main screen I have two new menus is this right? if not how do I remove them? :confused:
