Manually adding channels?

I have manually added a channel to the EPG on one of my tuners but when I check the other tuner in the Config Capture Sources it does not exist. How can I manually add a channel and get it to appear in each tuner with out getting duplicates in the TV Guide?

Sorry, manually added channels only ever apply to one capture source, and you will get duplicates if you try to add them more than once.
