XRecord enables foxus on buttons, but no screenupd

XRecord (just downloaded and installed) shows up nice. But no matter which menu-button I'm activating it always shows the "Ready" screen page.

What can be wrong?

The "free space" button generates an error when clicked on:

With my hand on my heart and the other on the bible can I assure you that neither me or my family have any whatsoever habits on separating thos poor COMs from their so beloved underlying RCWs. ;-)

I'm remote controlling my HTPC right now, and found out that there's no way back from the FastFind plugin bundlex with XRecord. The escape key doesn't work and there's no &quot;Main menu&quot; button. I'm a bit stucked so to say, do I really need to restart GB-PVR?

Esc and home should work inside xrecords fast find to return you to xrecord.

If you push the arrow buttons you do not see the control moving. When you first go into xrecord the focus is really on the ready list not the ready button. If you push the direction to the left it will move back to the button.

Then you can move up and down on the button list. The com object. I am using a windows api to get the free space. Perhaps there is some strange thing going on. What os do you have?

Can you navigate in xrecord at all? Try hitting home and esc again to get out of fast find. That should work.

It works rather well using the IR remote. I tried &quot;ESC&quot; to get back to main menu not the home-key.

As it is right now it seems to work, but I do get some weird exception in both xRecord and the Video Archive plugins now and them, so I keep them disabled for now.

If you post the exceptions you get jeff and myself will take a look at it. Jeff does the videoarchiver plugin.
