Sofar I am very impressed with GBPVR, even the wife likes it. However we are unable to pause live tv.

When I press pause on the remote nothing happens (I am assuming that the button is not mapped properly) so i pause using the mouse. However as soon as I do this iam either bounced backt othe EPG screen or the main menu. I have specified a directory for live tv ands recrodings.

(guess) Do you have a c:\temp folder?

Wow, quic kresponse, defintly got the C:\temp folder and the config tool is set to point to this dir. I am at work at the moment so it will be latter on before i can post the logs.
