I have been trying to install my new HDPVR and keep running into the same problem when I go to add the capture source. I get a message that says "The drivers for the device you have configured do not seem to be installed." The device works perfectly with Arcsoft TotalMedia and everything seems fine in windows device hardware. Any ideas? Have attached logs.

Run filtercheck.exe, then zip and attach the filtercheck.log and I'll take a look.

Can you ignore the error, and setup a capture source, then try use live tv on a channel on this capture source, then zip and attach the logs?

I set up the capture device and ignored the error. I put in the XML channel guide and used the mediacenter 2005 ir blaster for channel changing. All the channels appear in the guide and I went to espnHD, channel 736 and tried to watch. Looked like it tried to start up but nothing happened, I exited the program after that. Here are the logs, thanks again for the help.

It looks to me like you've installed an old v1.2.9 version of NativeUtilities.dll on your v1.2.13 release. Hauppauge changed the names of the various components of the HD-PVR just prior to the 1.2.13 release, and your machine seems to be looking for the old names.

Here is a recent-ish 1.2.13 version of that file you could install over the one you have: http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=2...tcount=188

Thanks sub, that seems to work. I can install the HDPVR capture device with no error now. I have to fool around with the guide some more to get the HDPVR and the HDHomerun to work together. One thing I noticed immediately is that scrolling through the guide is extremely slow now, any ideas what caused that? Thanks for all the help.

If you've just added a new capture source with a large number of channels, then it might be slow for the first couple of minutes while it continues to load the TV listings in the background. To help this its recommended you log into the schedules direct web site and remove channels from your lineup that you dont really watch. Also bump the number of days of listings back from 14 to a more reasonable number like 4. These step will greatly reduce the number of listings that need to be loaded when the app starts.
