As anyone seen this card?

It's a KWorld (yea, I know) TVMCE 201. It seems to have hardware encoding, and it's only 29.99 on newegg. My Diamond 550pro card just died, and I only want it to hook up my STB to PVR2. Think it would work?

I have a friend who had a card from the same company but I don't think it was this exact one. I noticed in a review the following-
The coaxial jacks are recessed behind the face plate (as pictured)-- arguably a design flaw giving reason for the cheap price.
My feelings are you get what you pay for. There's no way I could get my cables into that card as it's designed.

There is a coax extender you could screw in -but, how many VCR's did you see with a bunch of junk around the coax connector? What the hey was that?

A few weeks ago the cable tech came out to fix a line outside my house and can't leave until he checks the signal strength. I have a number of tuners connected to 2 systems and he chastised me for having 'cheap' cables. He made me 5 of various sizes (free!) and mentioned that signal leakage is a bigger deal than many thought. Those cables did make a difference on some channels.
Based on that, I wouldn't want to add anymore than I needed to a card but that's my fickle opinion.
