yapi2cml reporting corrupted listing file?

Suddenly yapi2xml is not working anymore. I was getting a runtime acces denied error when trying to update EPG via the gbpvr tray icon so I reinstalled yapi2xml thinking that would solve whatever problem was going on. Well, now when I run Yapi2xml and hit "download and parse listings" it gives me the error "schedule file corrupted or not found".
Whats this mean? What can I do to fix it?
