Digital recordings timer stop at 12:48

This one I can't figure out.

All of my digital recordings all stop their timers at 12:48. After this point, the show keeps rolling, but the timer doesn't increase. Since 12:48 is the stop point, its the furthest I can fast forward to. I can't click past it either in the green timer bar up top.

The shows to report the right full time and I can watch the entire thing without a problem, just with no FF past 12:48.

I'm using TS Mux right now as thats the best choice for me and my Popcorn Hour box. I don't think I had this problem when I was using ms-dvr before I set up my PCH box with the gbpvr client.

Anyone know what could be going on?

Never mind! I just over wrote the files in the main directory for GBpvr. I guess I should look more before asking questions... :X

The patch worked perfect, btw. Thanks so much!
