Hi,
I've been trying to get client mode operating on my desktop PC (connected by LAN) and been having some problems. Really unusual, everything else in my time with GBPVR has worked pretty much right out of the box.
What I've done:
Installed GBPVR, set to client mode, pointed directories to the server, tried streaming and filesharing, changed MPEG codecs about.
Symptoms:
1. When I right click GBPVR tray icon, I don't get a menu. When I double click it, I eventually get a list of blank tuners.
2. When I launch PVRX2 from the start menu, I have access to the TV Guide on the server, but Live TV does not work at all.
3. In file sharing mode, I can play back existing recordings, not in streaming. In streaming, PVRX2 locks up and must be CTRL+ALT+DELed.
So, it seems the client is seeing the server database okay, it just doesn't seem to be getting the video. I'm stumped, cause there isn't really any fancy routing on my LAN. Both computers are definately on the same subnet.
I've attached logs.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
