Hi,

I´ve tried searching the forum for an answer on this issue without finding it.

My issue is that GB-PVR can´t find some of the free DVB-T channels, actually the swedish television channels (SVT).

If I use Terratec Home Cinema which came with my card (Terratec Cinergy T XXS) it finds all of the channels with good quality doing a normal scan.

I had to add the card manually into the BDA.ini following another thread here in the forums so GB-PVR finds the card and is able to do a scan but can´t find all channels.

I also suffer from not being able to watch live tv but I found a possible solution for that here in the forums.

Do a scan, then zip and attach the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.

Thanx,

here are my log files. It´s frustrating because I had a working setup with a pvr 150 but decided to upgrade to digital terrestrial now that Sweden has abandoned analog broadcast...

It looks like there is one frequency not finding channels (594000KHz). Do you know if that is the correct frequency for your area? Have you managed to get channels on that frequency in any other software on this card?

I don´t know about the frequencies, but if I start up Terratec Home Cinema on the same machine with the same hardware and make a scan it finds all of the channels. Could I perhaps copy the frequencies info inte GB-PVR?

If you can find out the correct frequencies for your area (from the Terratec software or elsewhere), then we can check that GB-PVR is scanning the correct frequencies.

Are you using the frequency list of your local transmitter?
SVT/Teracom did some frequency changes in september. I gave up using the Hörby/Malmö frequencies and simply let the config application scan all frequencies, in the process I get the Danish channels as well. Smile

Hi Sub,

turned to Teracoms homepage and found the frequencies for my area. The channels that I have marked as bold are the ones it doesn´t find. Might be some of the others also but those I don´t miss :-).

Thanx!

Those frequencies dont match those scanned with the region settings you have selected.

Try setting your capture source to use the 'All Region/All Channels' setting, then try scanning again.
