EPG during Live TV

watching live tv i can call quick epg with f1 button.. is there a way to customize this "window" (larger epg, more programs and descriptions without pressing enter)? something like tv guide but with live tv in the background? maybe a plugin?

also if i press CTRL+P on a future show (watch reminder), the box turns blue..turn off epg (f1) and turn it on again.. the box isn't blue anymore..

You can tweak the skin files to show more rows or program descriptions. The file is .\skin2\blue\tvguide\skin.xml.

This feature was never completed in PVRX2.exe.

The watch reminder wont work. Part of the watch reminder is the blue thingie.

well, watch reminder does stay toggled, just tv guide doesn't color it blue. if you toggle the same show again it'll stay black, then after one more press it'll turn blue again.. weird..

any plans on completing this feature or any plugins for it ?

Sorry, no immediately plans to do anything about it. The reminder stuff has been incomplete for about a year now.

just to let others know, got the EPG sorted

just copied .\skin2\blue\tvguide\skin.xml to .\skin2\blue\tvguide\live-skin.xml

one more problem during watching live tv with osd...

the game i was watching ended (one entry in epg) and the after game comments started (second entry in epg).. yet the osd is still showing that i'm watching the game? how come? anything i can do to fix it?

you can see the green slider is very near the "1:55:00" text and eventually it will go over that text and even outside the window (tested earlier) :eek:

The aspect ratio looks to be a little off in that image. That may be contributing to the problem.

well even if the aspect ratio is off, i think it has nothing to do with osd showing the same show over and over / green red/slider filling outside the screen .. or am i missing something?
