Stupid Question

I know this is a stupid quesiton, but I can't remember, nor find, the key mapping file, I know its an xml somewhere, but where is the file that maps the keyboard and remote to actions? eg. ctrl-b means show the OSD, etc..

So what's the GBPVR section for in

c:\windows\irremote.ini

This seems to perform mappings like PLAY={ctrl}P

for example

That doesnt apply to the MVP or 'direct access to hauppauge remote' or the MCE remote.
