SLICK2 - some changes of the new Slick Skin

Hello!

I have made some (smal) changes to the new SLICK skin.
The menubar is a little bigger (sorry, not the fonts in music or video library) and some backgrounds are darker.
It will include the weather plugin.

The tv-listing have only 4 rows.
I must change the screenname directly in the skin.xml file
<DrawText text="Programm"...
if you want to change it back, edit this line.

I hope anyone need bigger fonts to and can make more changes.

Thanks very much for your work, Captain. I found there was not enough contrast between the white file/folder names and the background and your slick2 has made this better. It is OK on the PC but on the TV it was hard to make out the words.

I was OK with the other slick stuff so only used your skin files for picture, video and music options.
