Recordings failing

I replaced my gfx card recently, and had to reinstall drivers for my tv card at the same time. Now my recordings are all failing. Not sure why but seems to be a formatting exception in the logs. Logs Attached, let me know if anything else needed

What type of capture device are you using?

its a terratec cinergy 2400i I think. Twin tuner.

Your logs show an attempt to use a Hauppauge Nova-S device, so I'd check what device you have selected in your capture source configuration.
