Multi-Record with Multiple Tuners

Really love the new Multi-Record option for recording same frequencies, but When im using both my tuners it seems to always choose the incorrect one to use. For instance if I'm recording one show and at the end of it I have two new shows to start, the tuner always seems to select the multi-record to the show that doesnt share the stream. Is there some way I can tell GBPVR which tuners to use for specific shows?

Can you reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs?
