PVRX2 crashing on live tv

I have two DVB-S recording sources, and on one of them (UK bbc and itv muxes) I get constant crashes of pvrx2 on live tv (live preview mode), for example bbc news after 5-10 seconds. The recording service continues without problems. (Sounds similar to this http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=39346). Checking/unchecking the "ignore pmt errors always" doesn't make a difference.
Recordings work (Cyberlink mux or full TS).
I have attached the logs and also made a 30 second full ts recording (I will PM the link), because I am getting nowhere. I am on 1.3.7, using a hauppauge nova-s+.

What does the crash message say?

Not much. I have attached the message box and the windows error log.

Can you try the utility from here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/286350. The relevent section on how to use this seems to be:

ADPlus -crash -pn myapp.exe
This command runs ADPlus in crash mode for the process named Myapp.exe. ADPlus waits for an exception to occur, or for a user to press CTRL+C in the minimized debugger window, to generate a memory dump file and to detach the debugger.

Of course substituting myapp.exe with pvrx2.exe. This should generate a minidump which will give me more info to go on.

I'm kind of glad you have this problem newyankee - I was beginning to think I was the only one!

Will also try ADplus if I can work out how to use it. I think some other debugger program has to be installed first, as I don't have a C:/program files/debugger folder...

I tried running ADplus Sub - it generates loads of DMP files - 430MB just for one instance of trying to view Live DVB-S.
I have attached the logs - or do you need all the dmp files too?

It seems to be dying in PsisDecd.dll. Maybe try this Microsoft patch that has fixed crashes in there in the past: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/896626

Thank you for looking at this Sub. I tried the patch you suggested but it will not install because the service pack of my system is newer than the patch...
I am using XP SP3.

Maybe have a google about to see if you can see any references to PsisDecd.dll crashes on XP SP3.

Managed in safe mode to rename & replace psisdecd.dll with older versions 6.5.2600.2140 & 2160 (The version I was using was 5512).
However made no difference whatsoever! Still crashed on live preview...
