UK missing channels

I am using GBPVR 1.3.7 on fully-patched Windows XP with a Blackgold 3540 card with twin DVB-S tuners in the UK (standard Sky type minidish). There is no usable DVB-T signal here.

Certain channels are consistently NOT found in a full scan, though most are.
Those same channels are found every time by Cyberlink Powercinema software running on exactly the same setup.
Missing Channels include: BBC News, BBC2, BBC3, BBC4, Channel4

I have followed the advice in threads 39613 and 39446
including the new psiparser patch but it made no difference.

Can you help? Logs will follow, once I've rebooted and scanned again to ensure they are "clean".

I posted a scan file a few days ago here, which contains all the channels you want! (and a lot you probably don't!!)

I have missing channels too when I scan normally, but if I turn on ignore cmt errors in the bda advanced settings i am able to scan the missing channels. But if i leave it on for a full scan it always gives an error, so I have to edit the sat ini file to only scan the frequencies i need for the missing channels.

bbc3 and bbc4 share frequencies with cbbc and cbeebies. scan after 7pm to get the grown up channels, and before 7pm to get the kids channels.
