Installer Issue

I'm trying to install GB-PVR and the installer gets to 1sec and begins the rollback to uninstall everything. When uninstalled, it says "Fatal Error: Installation ended prematurely because of an error."

I'm trying to install "GBPVR10311.msi" and have the following installed in my programs list:
Microsoft.NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2
Microsoft.NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 2
Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 SP1
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable

I'm running XP. Any assistance you can provide would be most appreciated.
