Hdhomerun Map Channels AccessViolationException

My HD died so I'm setting everything up again.
Upgraded GBPVR to 1.3.11, HDhomerun to 20090305a
I was getting 100% signal from the HDhomerun software and added the Hdhomerun to my bda.ini. Everything was going fine until I tried map my Hdhomerun EPG guide channels.

It shows: Initializing. Then when it changes to scanning ch 1 of 68 it gets the following error:

System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

Additional info:
I re-installed GBPVR down to my prev. version of 1.2.13.
It goes ahead and starts to scan for channels now. Shows for a second 100% signal and Quality in the 80's for my available digital channels but in the end says no channels are found? (no channels on the right to map) Installed VLC and using the HDhomerun Gui I can watch channels fine. Attached is my logs folder files if that helps.

Sub or anyone, any next ideas/steps?

Post the 1.3.11 logs after a scan and I'll see if anything stands out. Also make sure you have the patches applied from the survival guide.

Thanks for pointing me to the v1.3.11 survival guide
Re-installed 1.3.11 and applied the patch for the 3 ax files:
GBPVRTSReader, GBPVRTSMon, and PsiParser

Didn't have to apply the .net 2.0 patch.

This fixed my problem with scanning/mapping channels with the HDHomeRun.
