Hi All,

I am new to GB-EPG having used Media Portal for a few years I thought I'd go for a change.

I cannot setup my channels correctly, I am running the config app and selecting my card in the 'Capture Source' tab. When I click on the 'Map digital channels & EPG channels' button it cycles through but shows:

Strength:0
Quality:0

Doesn't find any channels and then pops up a .net error.

I have attched the log folder, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Many Thanks

Have you applied the survival patches from the survival guide (post #8)?

You might want to add some info to your request - like the card type, whether you're tuning analog, QAM, ATSC, DVB-S, etc. The exact error message might help, too.

Hi All,

McBainUK - I have tried these files but still get the same problem.

dennit - Apologies, I presumed this info would be in the log files I attached.

Card Make: BlackGold GDI
Device Type: DVB-T

I have attached a picture of the error message and a text file of the error details.

Thanks for your help

No apology required. The info may be in the logs, but it often helps to get some starting info so those with similar equipment, or who have seen similar errors, will take the time to look at your logs or just post a comment about where you might go next.

Unfortunately, I don't see anything in your logs or posts that suggest anything I can help with. I'd be headed towards reinstalling everything, but perhaps sub will have some more focused comments.

I did have a quick look through the logs, but couldnt see any obvious cause of the error.
