Live TV - black screen

I am using a TV card Hauppage HVR4000, with analog TV cable as the signal source.
I was able to create the list of all channels, and EPG, using an xmltv file.
I had to use mc2xml to create the xmltv file. Could the issue come from the file, any suggestion how to check it?

The analog side of the HVR4000 isnt supported because of the lack of hardware MPEG2 encoder. It does work for some people, but you'll need to install the Hauppauge SoftMCE software.

I've tried installing SoftMCE, did not solve the issue.
I guess I am going to get a PVR150...

Just installed a PVR150, and I still have the same problem. LiveTV starts but black screen on all channels. Any idea where I should start looking at?

Zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

What video decoder do you have selected? Done use 'system default'

Attached are the logs.
I had not set the decoder (they were still set up as default), I have now changed to Cyberlink.
When I start Live TV, I now get the message that no tuners are available to watch...

Are you watching it on your PC or an MVP? Assuming you're using your PC, you forgot to include the pvrx2.exe.log and pvrx2.exe-native.log log files that were produced after you reproduced the problem

I am watching on PC.
I am attaching again the full content of the folder ¨logs", but I am afraid the logs you are looking for are not in there.
Anything I need to do for the logs to be created?

Sorry, without those logs I cant tell you anything.

I have re-installed GBPVR and I think the logs you are looking for are now created. The tuner card is detected, but I am back with the black screen issue...[ATTACHMENT NOT FOUND]
