Accented characters

There seems to be a problem playing back recordings and files in general when they contain accented characters (like õäöü used in Estonian for example). To test just copy/rename a file to the like that contains these chars.

Tested with the latest version.

The filename I tried to play was C:\Temp\ü.ts

mvpmcx2 on telnet printed:

This is related to a utf-8 problem, I think the problem is at the server-end

I did some testing, and I couldn't duplicate a problem using short names on videos or music so until sub can look at this you definitely need this setting.
