OverScanVideoAlso question

I am unable to get the OverScanVideoAlso option in Config.xml to work as described in http://76.76.102.42/vBulletinForum/showt...hp?p=99476.
Is this setting operational in version 1.3.11? Does it require any other settings to work?

i'm pretty sure that option is obsolete, tho it may work in overlay still...
i think it was only working in old gbpvr.exe version..not pvrx2.exe
