Which hardware for HDTV-HTPC with GBPVR?

Hallo together,
first of all, sorry for my English, I am from AUSTRIA (NOT Australia!) .
My new project is a HDTV HTPC with GBPVR. I get the TV-Signal by DVB-S (Satallite). I searched for the perfect hardware, but I didn´t found anything.
I talked to some people who uses Mediaportal, because the channel change is very long, and then I found the GBPVR, because this should be faster (is this true?), but no German support.
I prever the following hardware.

Hardware:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E4600, 2x 2.40GHz
Graphic-Chip: Gainward BLISS GeForce 9500 GT, 512MB DDR2, VGA, DVI, HDMI, PCIe
RAM: Kingston HyperX DIMM Kit 2GB PC2-8000U (2x1Gb)
Mobo: ASUS P5QL-EM, G43
:eek:TV-Tuner-Card: Hauppauge WinTV Nova-HD-S2, PCI or Digital Everywhere FloppyDTV S2 (can I use those Cards vor HDTV over satallite?)
Remote: Microsoft MCE Remote
Blu ray Drive
Case, cooling, storage is not so important now.

Is this configuration good enough for an HDTV-HTPC? Can I use this TV-Tuner-Card? Is the graphic-Chip good enough? :confused:

TV-Tuner-Card: Hauppauge WinTV Nova-HD-S2, PCI or Digital Everywhere FloppyDTV S2

Its worth noting GB-PVR can currently only do DVB-S2 tuning on Hauppauge cards, so the first of those makes the most sense.
