I am running a client GBPVR 1.1.5 on another computer trying to playback videos recorded by the server GBPVR. VLC can play the recordings good, but Media Player Classic crashes, and GBPVR can playback with the intervideo Video decoder but skips and freezes up, all others crash GBPVR on the client. I am running the old GBPVR not PVRX2. I am unsure what codecs I need to playback the videos correct. Attached logs.

Thats a really old version. All I can really suggest is trying other video decoders. For example, http://www.free-codecs.com/download/MPV_Decoder.htm

I cant remember which for sure which was the last release to include GBPVR.exe, but either way - it was a long time ago, and no longer supported.

Regardless, GB-PVR doesnt do the actual decoding and playback itself, so isnt directly responsible for the stuttering, so it'll just come down to the combination of renderers and decoders you're using. If you can get smooth playback in other apps on that hardware, then you should be able to get smooth playback in GB-PVR given the right combination of renderers+decoders.

Is Overlay Renderer an option in that version?
