Where is "enable multidec plugin support"

Forgive me for this question but I have not been using Mdapi for a while and since I last used it I have upgraded to 1.4.7. I have noticed that the tick box for Misc 2 tab has disappeared. where has it gone? I ask this because Mdapi is not being used when I am trying to watch encrypted channels...Please help?

I think it's now in the capture source setup window.
