Egreat no video or audio

can anybody help me , Win7 64bit, NOVA T-500, HDTANK M32B, MONOGRAM AAC Decoder, In Windows Media Center everything working well, but GBPVR no audio, only TV3 with AC3, picture is ok any channel , I'm pulling my hair out !

is this on your egreat i didnt think nmt devices could play back aac audio

Yes I selected in config. All working sweet on PC, picture and sound, even with PVRX2, but on TV just a picture !

I don't know why you posted on this thread because you do get video, but if you don't get AC3 audio check to see if configuring your NMT to output AC3 as Analog (PCM) output helps. Otherwise you might have AAC audio as JonnyCam wrote here http://forums.gbpvr.com//showthread.php?...post376332

the dvb-t in NZ records HE-AAC audio which the egreat/popcorn hour NMT does not play
tv1 tv2 HE-AAC only
Tv3 has ac3 aswell as HE-AAC
hence the reason tv3 ac3 plays the sound fine
you need to follow the links on changing the he-aac audio to ac3(previous post)

Record from satellite is another option only SD though but at least it always plays (This is what i do cant be shagged with transcoding)

If a captured stream has both HE-AAC and AC3 mvpmcx2 should default to AC3. If you want me to check what's in the file, telnet to you NMT, type

cat /tmp/dumpts.txt

and copy and paste the results into a message.

You have to try after playing a file and also note there is a space between cat and /tmp/dumpts.txt

What does ls /tmp show (space between)? You can't play a ts file with mvpmcx2 without this value.
