Weather2 crashing pvrx2

See attached logs; it keeps crashing pvrx2.

Nothing should be locking those files (at least nothing that I've done).

Here is the exact error that occurred before it crashed:

Try deleting all the directories, except the config directory, under the weather2 plugin directory.

So i did that and then it worked for a little bit then it crashed pvrx2 again...

Any ideas what is causing the problems?

Dunno if this is your problem or not, but mine crashed too when I first installed the Weather2 plugin. Seems that the Weather2 install creates the Weather2 directory (which includes the weather2 skin) in C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\skin2\blue. I use the Blue-Retro-SHV skin and it kept crashing. Once I copied the weather2 folder from C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\skin2\blue into the Blue-Retro-SHV folder, no more crashing.

Your log shows lot of errors such as "2010-01-11 08:31:09.501 WARNING [1] requested skin file not found: C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\skin2\Slick\weather2\skin.xml
2010-01-11 08:31:09.501 WARNING [1] using file from default skin instead: C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\skin2\Blue\weather2\skin.xml"

Also, there's a free program (just google it) called "unlocker 1.8.7". You can right-click on a file and it will show you what process(es) is (or are) using it. It gives you the option to unlock or kill the process(es) using it.

When I searched the wiki for weather2, the results were:

...so I clicked on "Weather2" under "Plugins /".
It didn't even dawn on me to click on anything under the "Skin /" category. (Doh!)

Getting this too. Just installed Weather 2 v1.1.1.1 and PVRX2 crashes consistently. Previously PVRX2 only crashed upon chosing Weather inside the GBPVR GUI, and that was intermittent. Now it crashes directly. Had to uninstall Weather2 unfortunately, to get the PVR going at all. 8-/

What logs might you find useful?
