Crash on Launch

I have the latest GBPVR version. Just tonight, it started to crash on launch. I get that window that says that microsoft has experienced a problem and i can choose to send the error to microsoft.

i uninstalled and reinstalled, to no avail.

Looks like it's related to the weather plugin:

Does PVRx2 work if you disable that plugin in Config?
