Does GB-PVR record DVB-T Subtitle streams?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but all the searching I've done of the forum doesn't give me a conclusive answer (saw a post from 2007 saying it wasn't working for recordings). I'm talking about subpicture kind of subtitles as broadcast in UK.

If the answer is h/w dependant then does anyone know if the Hp NOVA TD-500 would work.

Yes, when you're using the defaul 'TS Mux' option it'll also record the DVB Subtitles.

BTW, as DVB Subtitles are not mentioned on the Subtitle Tips & Trix wiki page, do you want me to provide some suitable text for that once I get my system set up? I presume the process of extracting these subtitles will be more or less the same as the one I use for files I've copied off of my Humax PVR (i.e. ProjectX etc) but will need to try it out.

I guess so. I've never tried extracting subtitles from a recording.
